How do you choose and appoint a UAE ASP?

Understand the provider’s role before you sign or integrate.

What is an Accredited Service Provider?

An ASP is a provider accredited under the UAE programme to perform the relevant exchange role. The software that prepares your invoice and the provider that exchanges it can be different parts of the solution.

What should selection cover?

Verify the exact legal entity and current MoF listing. Review document support, interfaces, testing, onboarding, error handling, data boundaries, transaction fees, support and the appointment/contracting process.

Where does Taxilla fit?

For a Taxilla-backed implementation, the exact legal entity, current accreditation reference and customer contracting route must match the current official listing and executed arrangements. InvoiceNext is not represented here as separately accredited.

Questions to take to discovery

Who is the appointed provider? Who signs with the customer? How is invoice data validated? Where do exceptions go? How are corrections issued? Who supports the ERP interface? What are the implementation and ongoing charges?
