Your e-invoicing
questions, answered.
Practical questions for finance teams, IT owners and business leaders.
Can I keep my current ERP?
Possibly. Check its available invoice data, APIs or exports, and document lifecycle. Agree a supported route after compatibility discovery and acceptance testing.
Is a PDF enough for structured e-invoicing?
A PDF is a visual representation. Structured e-invoicing also involves machine-readable data, validation and the applicable provider exchange process.
Is InvoiceNext an accredited provider?
InvoiceNext is customer-facing software. We do not represent it as separately accredited; verify the appointed provider and legal contracting arrangement.
Do I have to buy new software to ask a question?
No. Start with a readiness conversation about your current system and business requirements.
Which deadline applies to me?
Check current official country guidance, your legal entity and applicability details. Do not assume that one marketing date applies to every business.
Can I use Odoo?
Request a review of your Odoo installation, data fields and interfaces. A prebuilt production connector is not represented as verified at launch.
What should finance prepare?
Tax identities, document types, tax treatments, corrections, volumes and ownership of data quality.
What should IT prepare?
System versions, interface documentation, field availability, secure access, callbacks and testing requirements.
Will a provider contract be needed?
Confirm the applicable appointment, onboarding and legal contracting route with the provider for your country and entity.
Can SMEs prepare now?
Yes. Inventory systems, invoice data and owners while confirming the implementation period that applies to your business.
Does accreditation in one country cover another?
Do not assume it does. Verify the current local scope and operating arrangement.
What happens after I enquire?
The SoftNext team reviews your context and arranges a suitable business or technical conversation. Submission does not itself confirm a booking.
Are prices fixed on the website?
No. Request a written scope and proposal. Provider charges, integration work and software terms should be explained separately.
Can my accounting or ERP firm partner with you?
Request a partner discussion with representative customer requirements. Responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed explicitly.
Is this a government website?
No. This is an independent commercial InvoiceNext initiative by SoftNext Solutions. Regulatory information links to official sources.
