Keep your ERP. Prepare the UAE invoice flow.

Scope data, interfaces, testing and provider responsibilities together.

Prepare · map · validate · exchange · receive status

Will I need to replace my ERP?

Start by examining the existing system. It may remain the source of commercial invoice data if it exposes the required fields and supports a tested exchange workflow. Compatibility depends on your version, configuration and interfaces.

What do we inspect?

Legal entities, tax identifiers, invoice headers, lines, allowances, tax categories, totals, corrections and reference keys. Review the API/export approach and how accepted and rejected states reach finance users.

What must acceptance testing cover?

Valid and invalid invoices, tax edge cases, corrections, duplicate submissions, retries and downstream outages. Use sandbox documents and an agreed test environment. A successful happy-path API call is not a complete production acceptance test.

How does InvoiceNext help?

Request a Connect discovery review to compare your current data model with the intended country/provider route. Specific connectors and operating commitments follow verified technical and commercial scope.
