UAE ASP comparison worksheet

Bring structure to your UAE provider discussions. Compare up to three proposals against criteria you choose. This worksheet uses your entries; it does not retrieve or verify provider claims. No signup required, and entries stay in your browser.

ورقة عمل مجانية لمقارنة عروض مزودي خدمات الفوترة الإلكترونية في الإمارات. تحقّق من الاعتماد لدى وزارة المالية.

Importance: 0 excludes a criterion; 1–5 sets its weight. Rate each proposal 1–5 only when you have evidence; otherwise leave “Not assessed”.

    Check accreditation separately

Start with the current Ministry of Finance information and verify the legal entity behind a proposal. This tool is independent of the Ministry and does not confirm accreditation, rank providers on your behalf or endorse a provider.

    How the calculation works

For each provider, the worksheet adds rating × importance for assessed criteria, then divides by the sum of those assessed importance weights. Unassessed criteria are excluded from the average and reported separately. An incomplete profile must not be treated as a winner against a fully assessed profile.
